Court prohibits installation of charging station
The installation of a charging station in a condominium community is a structural intervention or structural change. This also applies if empty conduits have been provided and planned for this purpose. The decision here is clearly up to the will of the community and must in future be defined in the regulations via majority decision or unanimity.
In the case of planned new buildings with a sustainable energy and installation concept, this issue is known and regulated from the outset as part of the qualified development description as an enclosure to the purchase contract.
